Creating a QR code

QR codes bridge the printed world and your page, perfect for business cards, bookmarks, banners and events.

  1. Open QR Codes in the left menu and choose "New QR code".

  2. Pick what it should open when scanned (see below).

  3. Download the code as an image and place it in your design - it stays sharp at any print size.

What it can point to

  • Your author page, a general "find all my books" code.

  • A specific book, scanning opens that book’s smart buy link, so the reader lands on their own Amazon store.

  • A collection, scanning opens that collection’s page.

Good places for a QR code

  • The back cover or last page of your paperback ("More books by me").

  • Bookmarks and business cards you hand out at events.

  • A banner or table display at a book fair.

  • The end screen of a video or presentation.

Every scan is counted, both on the code itself in the QR Codes section and in your overall analytics, so you can see which printed material actually works.
