Stuck, found a bug, or have a question this help center does not answer? There are two ways to reach us:
Contact form: use the Contact page (linked in the site footer). Describe what you were doing and what happened, and we get back to you by email.
Feature Requests: for ideas and improvements, use the Feature Requests section in your dashboard so other authors can vote on them too.
For bugs, the fastest route to a fix is a clear report: which page you were on, what you clicked, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps enormously.
