SEO is what search engines like Google show for your page in their results. You control it in Settings under SEO.
SEO title, the headline shown in search results. Your name and a few keywords work well, for example "Jane Doe, Fantasy Author".
SEO description, the short summary under the title. Describe who you are and what you write in one or two sentences.
If you leave the description empty, your bio is used instead. Clear, natural wording beats keyword stuffing, write for readers first.
